Antivirus Product has blocked install/software from running

If an antivirus product has blocked or is suspected of blocking our software:

  1. Get the client to turn off the antivirus before trying to install/use the software again to confirm the cause.
  2. If the AV is the cause, then look into create an exception for our software.
  3. Once the exception is created, the client should be able to successfully use the software.
