If an antivirus product has blocked or is suspected of blocking our software:
- Get the client to turn off the antivirus before trying to install/use the software again to confirm the cause.
- If the AV is the cause, then look into create an exception for our software.
- Once the exception is created, the client should be able to successfully use the software.
