As our client base and user adoption continue to grow, so to does our customer success team. With this, we are pleased to welcome our new Customer Success Manager, Zara MacKay-Boyce to the Maus team. Zara will be an integral part of expanding our footprint in North America.
Zara joins us with extensive experience in the SaaS space, with specialisations in communications, customer success, corporate training and facilitation. With a strong understanding of the M&A, Financial Planning and Business Consulting industries, Zara will be a great asset to the team.
Customer success is at the forefront of our operations and with the expansion of the team, we continue to ensure we can provide access to the resources and support required for all new and existing Maus users. With this localized support for the US & Canada, users in these regions will now have access to support between 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
